Created in 1972 as a continuation of the Neocolor I, the Neocolor II wax pastels are water-soluble, with a soft, velvety texture. They are suitable for all types of art with their ultra-high pigment concentration, superior covering power, vivid colours and excellent light resistance.
Perfect for drawings on dry and wet materials of all types, including washes and watercolour.
Proudly Swiss-made; developed and crafted to the highest quality standards and in compliance with CE EN71 and ASTM D4236.
Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will normally be sent out the same day.
FREE Royal Mail Standard delivery for orders over £100, and just £3.50 for smaller orders. Royal Mail Priority is available as an option, for £3.50 on orders over £100, £5.50 on smaller orders. Express available for £9, or FREE with any order over £400. No delivery surcharges for Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands or anywhere else!
